Not fixing the problem the first time Some time on February I took my vehicle to Kia Motors because 2 lights was on for the tires pressure and the one for the breaks.. I been calling Kia for the last 2 days to take my vehicle to get check and today finally I get a call back from there manager.. I explain to him about the same to lights are back on and I need them to be check.. I told him I only can take the car on a Saturday due that I work 2 full tome jobs and he said” he doesn’t have the proper technician to diagnose my vehicle on Saturdays.. I ask him can I take the vehicle somewhere else and he said if it’s not a Kia dealership I was going to have to paid to get it fixed.. I’m on warranty.. Just bought the vehicle 1/19.. I told him I can’t leave the car during the week all day there because I’m a nurse and he didn’t care.. I also ask him what’s the latest I can take the car to get check and he’s answer was 1pm.. The lack of care from him was horrible.. He’s last words was when I figured out give them a call.. Some times a little customer services training can go a long way.. He didn’t try to help me at all.. So I have to drive to Connecticut tomorrow with a vehicle that I don’t know what’s going on and the Service Department at Holly Kia in Felton careless about the situation.. If they had done the job the first time when I took the vehicle on 2/19 I won’t have to be asking them to fix it again.. More

The manager Tina Flowers took care of the getting the financing approved in a matter of minutes. She gave us several options fit financing and the preparing of the paperwork and signing to a total or 30 minutes. The dealership was very clean, the bathrooms were spotless and everyone there is sincerely nice to the customer. I will recommend Holly Kia in Felton De. To anyone I know that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I would recommend Tina and Denise to my mother. More

I knew the commercial said they would take any trade, but I didn't believe it. So I called first. My salesperson, Lee Wilson, was very helpful (on his day off!). They miraculously took my trade and I drove away with a brand new Kia Soul that evening. More

We had no problems with the purchase, to include an inspection by our mechanic within the 30 day warranty, they fixed everything he found wrong. ( which was very little) each time we returned to them everyone was so courteous. I did read all the reviews before the purchase and truly was prepared to get the usual "used car" treatment. It didn't happen. I was there to get my oil changed and rotate the tires. No Charge! Yes I would recommend them, they are good for their word, thank you all, Darrin our salesman and each and everyone, I wish I could remember all their names I would list them for you. More

Their service department has no record of my extended warranty so I had to track it down myself even though the car was purchased at their dealership. After speaking with the warranty department (not part of Holly Kia), I was advised that I could receive a refund of my GAP insurance premium because of paying off my car early. I ended up speaking with the GM of new car sales who for some reason immediately had an attitude with me. Maybe he was having a bad day, but whatever the reason he had an attitude the whole conversation. He even hung up on me. When I called back, he lied and told me that I had hung up on him. More
