No huuman feelings I put my car in for service 12/11/17 for a repair that cost me 866.00. On 12/12/17 I picked up my car and on my way home I was involved in a hit and I put my car in for service 12/11/17 for a repair that cost me 866.00. On 12/12/17 I picked up my car and on my way home I was involved in a hit and run accident. I had to return the card on 12/13/17 and was advised that they will stay in touch. On Friday 12/16/17 I find out that my office will close the end of March. On Monday 12/20/17 I call the body shop since I have not heard from them and explain to Ron that I have already spent 866.00 last week and so far the rent a car was already 300.00 plus I will have to pay the 500.00 deductible for this repair to which he replied "It isn't our fault that you wrecked your car". I am very upset. This person has no human training and should not be able to interact with customers. I am a widow who lost her husband at Christmas time and having to make my money stretch so a little compassion would have been nice. More

Called the Chrysler helpline and they had me talk to service at McInerney. He took my name said it would be about two weeks and he would call me back. Waited for over two months for a call, but of course they never called. When I called them back they put me back to voice mail all over again. Called the Chryser helpline again. They transferred me to Telegraph Chrysler that set me up for an appointment right away. Bottom line DON'T DEAL WITH MCINERNEY! More

Casey helped me all the way to the end! Casey was great to work with from the beginning. I had not purchased a car in a long time and I was kind of clueless about the process. Casey was able to find the perfect car for me based off of what I wanted and what I was able to afford. He did not pressure me to go beyond my spending limit for something newer. Casey was able to tell me what options my car had versus an almost identical car next to it. He knew everything about the car and was able to answer all of my questions right away. We went for a test drive and I decided I wanted to buy. Casey was also helpful with all of the required paperwork. He explained what I needed to do on my end and took care of whatever he could on his end. It took almost no time at all. Once all of that was done he even paired my phone to the car! I had a great experience with McInerney's Woodhaven, especially working with Casey Dettloff.
