Used Car Sale I called this place explaining I wanted a jeep. Specified the VIN and everything.. Was told I was pre approved for it before I made the drive, because I called this place explaining I wanted a jeep. Specified the VIN and everything.. Was told I was pre approved for it before I made the drive, because it was almost 2 hours away. When I got there, the salesperson tried to sell me 2 other vehicles because the Jeep wasn't approved by the bank.. I was pretty discouraged so he went and 'made it happen'. The price of the Jeep had all the sudden gone up $900 from the online price, but I wanted it. Test drove it, ran great!! Got almost home and the check engine light came on. Called them the next day and got the run around for the finance company warranty.. They won't do anything about it. It is very disappointing as my first experience with a dealer because the total cost in work is about $1,000.00. All they are worried about is the sale. Terrible customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone!!!! More
