I've had service done by them on a car I didn't buy there. They seemed nice enough and very responsive. Fast forward to now. I am Leasing a car from them, their service hours are the hours I'm at work. I asked if i could give them my tire to look at and put the spare on. So i could go back to work. I was met with reservation. He was talkin out loud when I got there, about how it makes him do extra work because I can't leave my car. They don't have a shuttle service, so I'm not sure how he thinks I'm going to get back to work. I follow up the next day to see if i can get an answer about my tire. No real answer, just that it's not under warranty, they can't fix it because i drove on it. I call 4 hours before closing and leave a message. Crickets. I already said yes to the repair so i guess he can ignore me now. I realized he never actually told me what was wrong with my tire initially, did it have A nail? I wouldn't recommend working with Lee Sprout. Very rude and not willing to compromise. More

I have seen a few reviews related to me, They are not learning from it. Last week I literally got a call from one of the salesperson Julia I guess, saying come and see a car that just arrived in.
