Took truck in for constant squeak from the rear end. Truck was there all day. Problem was never addressed. They sent me a text that it was ready to go. Realized it as soon as I drove it off the lot they Truck was there all day. Problem was never addressed. They sent me a text that it was ready to go. Realized it as soon as I drove it off the lot they didn’t do anything. Brought it back and they said they could not reproduce the problem. Told me I’d have to wait another 30 min to have someone drive it with me. They had the truck all day. Never called to say they could not reproduce the issue. Just gave it back to me like it was fixed. What a waist of time. I just left. Great communication! Thanks Faulkner! More
