Hooray for a car shipped from Japan I was frustrated that I could not buy a 2015 Forester with both a manual transmission and a sunroof when Jessica Evan helped me greatly by telling me I was frustrated that I could not buy a 2015 Forester with both a manual transmission and a sunroof when Jessica Evan helped me greatly by telling me that it was possible to do this if I was willing to wait a few months for it to be shipped from Japan. This was in late October and I just took possession of the red beauty on February 7th. It is a delight to drive - and Jessica was such a help in this process. She even installed my Bluetooth for me.. She kept me apprised of when my car would be shipped and when it had arrived at port. I am delighted with everything about this purchase including the trade -in I received on my 2004 Forester. More

Upon arrival at the dealer Mike Ulrich knew I was looking at the Legacy 3.6R Model. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and was overall very helpful. When I told him I was interested, he worked with the assistant manager to deliver a couple quotes and we eventually agreed on a deal. This was my first car purchase I made entirely on my own, and Mike never made me feel overwhelmed or pressured to make a decision. More

I was worried as a 19 year old that I'd get pushed around & persuaded to buy a vehicle the same day I came to test drive one, but was very pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case. Mike Ulrich took me on the road in a 2013 Subaru Impreza hatchback, & was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions, & helping me figure out prices & financing, but with no pressure to buy. Even the manager of the dealership came to talk to me & answer questions that I had, & was excited that I was considering a Subaru for my first car. My experience was so great that I came back 4 days later, & drove the car I tested off the lot, as its new owner!...now, every single one of the 17,000+ miles on my Impreza are all from me! I was very happy with my experience at this dealership, & have recommended it to everyone I know that is searching for a new vehicle. I am still waiting for 2 or 3 dealers to respond to questions that I sent them back in October of 2014. I am not expecting those responses so they shouldn't expect me to do business with them. I got the exact vehicle I was looking for down to the color. The extra features and the low miles were a bonus. Thanks! More
