Although they did ask me to drop off my car, that was good of them to do so.I was able to explain my concerns with the issues of the car and they did note it well. There were issues with the car I believe I explained them very well , none of then resulted as fixed. I have mentioned them not to rush or reschedule the appointment, they mentioned they would be addressing all the issues. I checked with them for a car wash, as all dealer service team does- part of the complementary service, I believe first timers always gets these but my car was in the same condition what I dropped for service, my invoice says it is done. Car was not presentable at all. Who knows they have taken care of things correctly or not? when I reached to pick up all the the service people left the facility without informing the status of service, in fact I called them twice because I had to care picking up my car before they close, why did not they call, no idea? The most embarrassing was I had to complete paperwork with a person who did not know anything about car servicing, so I left them a note to call me back regarding the follow up of my questions, they did not call, yet. Who will address the consumer for the status on all the issues, I guess they can just leave? It definitely looks bad service to any consumer. More
