Craig spent the ENTIRE day with us making sure everything was to our liking (trade-in value & new vehicle price). Then, we went & met with Brian in finance. What a very people-friendly person! Thank you for going over everything! We felt completely at ease when the whole process was over! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Craig & Brian! I will be referring everyone I know to you! More

He treated us with professionalism and allowed the car to sell itself. When asked for the price of the car he came back with a fair and honest price. Mark didn't play any pricing games I am accustomed to from previous dealings with other dealerships. We highly recommend Mark and the support staff we dealt with in Faulkner Subaru. If any of my friends or family are in the market for a Subaru, I will send them to Mark Kutovy at Faulkner Subaru without hesitation. - ADC. More
I bought the car from Faulkner Subaru, despite the 2 hour drive (from NYC), but it was so worth it. First of all I got the price that was unbeatable by the local dealers in NYC. Second, the communication was drive (from NYC), but it was so worth it. First of all I got the price that was unbeatable by the local dealers in NYC. Second, the communication was superb. I purchased it from behind my computer after exchanging few emails with Bob. My car arrived earlier than expected and picking car up was a pleasant experience I was not expecting. Bob spent 2 hours explaining features of the car. I was never felt pushed into getting extra warranty/insurance although I was presented with options to do so. Loving every single piece of buying experience with Faulkner Subaru. 5 star dealer !!! More

When we first walked into the dealership about a month ago, we informed Roland about what we were looking for. He stayed in phone contact, letting us know when a car with the specs we wanted became available. Upon looking at the car and getting to test drive it (which was the first thing we got to do once we got there), everything else went smoothly. It was a simple, streamlined transaction, and the Faulkner team was friendly, informative, and accessible. It was a great experience, especially for a first time buyer. More
In the past, buying a car was on our list of "least favorite activities." Our experience at Faulkner Subaru has changed our minds. We came with a list of important qualities and features we neede favorite activities." Our experience at Faulkner Subaru has changed our minds. We came with a list of important qualities and features we needed in buying a new car. All of the features we were looking for were addressed in a professional manner by Craig. He took the time to answer our questions and pointed out features of the Forester that we did not realize were part of the package. The test drive allowed both of us to gather a positive sense of the performance of this automobile. Craig's listening carefully to us and pointing out how this particular auto met the qualities and features that were important to us made it possible to decide to buy with just this one visit to Faulkner. My sales consultant was the opposite of the nightmare care salesman (new or used), especially with lone women,(condescending, pushy, trying to get you to buy more than you want, etc.) , and in my many ye care salesman (new or used), especially with lone women,(condescending, pushy, trying to get you to buy more than you want, etc.) , and in my many years of buying cars on my own, I have been sleazed out by a number, and walked right out of showrooms. So, while I have always loved cars, I have always dreaded buying them. I bought this car post-serious-motor-vehicle accident. I was replacing the car in the accident which had been totaled. I was in pain and not at my best. From the first, Roland Zuk, my sales consultant, was congenial, informative, articulate, respectful, and a joy to work with. He was accommodating, he listened to me and what I wanted and did not want. And never once did he treat me like a stupid woman who knew nothing about cars. A first. Even my last car, which was 5 years old, was purchased through a young man who had no customer relations skills. But I wanted the car and blew it off. (Don't they train these kids?) In any case, Roland was very patient with me because I was not at my best. And he happens to be a person of education, respect for others, sensitivity, and caring for people. Unfortunately, I suspect too many dealers may not recognize that those attributes are excellent for car sales consultants. Lack of desperation and maturity helps, too. End of excessive verbiage. I think my point has been made. More
