They are caring in that they always contacted me when a service was due. This is something important to me, because I work close to 140 hours per week. Additionally, the car-buying experience has me wanting to go back for more, especially with their tempting offers. They went out of their way to help as I was in PA for a wedding. My vehicle had been serviced in Maine previously. The dead bolts were loose, never tightened properly. Everyone was terrific. Anthony and Ziad were just awesome. I know I brought in my 2014 Crosstrek to get the park sensor fixed and they found more problems.
