Truck broke down in 4 hours from home. Went to Nissan Dealer. Warranty work. Replace the alternator. Told they would drive 100 miles to test it out to make sure the battery would hold ch Went to Nissan Dealer. Warranty work. Replace the alternator. Told they would drive 100 miles to test it out to make sure the battery would hold charge. Truck was towed home. Drove it a two miles from home. Truck broke from with same problem. Took to local Nissan dealer. They never installed the cable from the alternator. It was arching all Over. Luckily, no Other issues. The bolt it should have been attached to was not fused to the metal and no other electronic issues. This cost me $185 dollars. Others errors are not covered under warranty. More

After missing my flight due to car problems drive to Faulkner Niassan from entering the door to the repair shop I don’t think I could have been treated any better. I had a recent recall service. I scheduled online and got a complimentary Lyft ride home. That was good. I managed to get through eventually and got my truck back, but lack of communication is a serious issue for a service provider. The web site is not iPhone friendly. More

Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying my Nissan from another dealer. My wife and I have dealt exclusively with one of Faulkner Nissans sister dealers for sales and service for over 10 years. I decided to call Faulkner Nissan and see if they could help. Service was as awesome and they were as friendly as the service we’ve experienced from their sister dealer.
