We drove up from Houston, TX & needed tires balanced & rotated, along with an oil change. Eric Haas, in the parts dept, informed me there was an open recall & was able to not only schedule me in immediate rotated, along with an oil change. My first Faulkner service experience was very pleasant. Buddie was extremely polite. He explained every step of the process and guided me to the waiting area.
