They even followed up twice to make sure everything was going well with the Titan I bought from them. Thank you to the amazing manager that treated me like a loyal customer, can't remember his name, but he was a black guy with glasses. Thank you to my salesman Panayot who stayed with me and answered every question thru the sale of the car. And thanks to Kyle in finance for not playing any games and taking the time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. These guys made me feel like I left as a friend and a loyal customer. Best Deal Ever WOW what a Deal. First off let me tell you a little about myself. I’m a car nut. Last year I bought five cars. This year I bought three. So I know a l WOW what a Deal. First off let me tell you a little about myself. I’m a car nut. Last year I bought five cars. This year I bought three. So I know a little bit about the car buying process. I usually get a great deal or I don’t buy. I don’t have to buy a car, I just want to. If the numbers are right, I do it. But the deal I got from Faulkner Nissan was one of the best ever. I scanned about 10 dealerships around where I live for the best deal on a 2015 Murano. I also needed to get a good trade value for my car, which was only about 2 months old. So I emailed the Internet Manager at Faulkner Nissan. She was very pleasant and remained calm while I was dealing with all the other deals (and no deals, some dealerships say they have an internet manager but all they do is transfer you to a sales person). Her name was Julia, (Internet Sale Manager) she got all the information she needed and started working on a deal for me. She assured me they would beat any deal out there but I had to give her some time. Not pushy at all. She then called me because there was a discrepancy in my VIN number. That’s the only time she talked to me and got right back to work. ( No Bull) Not 24 hrs later she text me a fantastic deal! No one was even close to that deal. I immediately gave her a deposit over the phone. A couple hours later I arrived at the dealership. She greeted me at the door, thanked me and introduced me to Cedric the sales person. He went over the deal Julia had prepared for me and everything was just as she quoted. (No games) Then Cedric introduced me to Kyle (Finance Manager) who took the quote and started the process of financing and vehicle transfer paper work. When I was finished with the detailed demonstration Cedric gave me on the Murano I went into Kyle’s office to finalize the deal. He offered me extra warranty coverage, maintenance plans and protection plans. I then signed a few papers, shook Kyle’s hand and drove off in my new Murano. Thanks guys for an awesome experience. Cedric is great! I came to Faulkner Nissan to see a car advertised on autotrader.com. It was a very busy Saturday! Cedric was obviously busy (running all over to help customers!) but he did check back with me when he could until things calmed down a bit. He was apologetic for not being able to give me 100% of his attention right away, which I appreciated. One thing I liked about Cedric is that he didn't make me feel pressured. Also, He is easy to talk to and he answered all of my questions. This was my first car purchase from a large dealership like Faulkner, and he made the process less intimidating that I thought it would be. Thank you Cedric!!! He is a great guy and Faulkner Nissan is lucky to have such an outstanding employee. More

I knew generally what I wanted but was really looking to find a car with the upgrades I desired at a price I was comfortable with. Cedric at Faulkner Nissan listened to what I said and offered a Nissan Rogue with everything I was looking for. When I realized I wanted a different color interior than the one I test drove, he went out into the pouring rain to bring a car into the service center so I could see how that interior looked. The style I picked ended up being uncommon and the entire team did not give up until they found the exact car I was looking for. Other dealerships I visited either did not listen to what I wanted or acted like they were so great that they didn't need my business--it wasn't only the car, but the team at Faulkner Nissan, that locked in my decision to purchase there. More
