Amazing Sales & Amazing Car I bought my car, six months ago, a 2018 Nissan Kicks! It is the best car I have ever had. 1. It gets great gas mileage! 2. Plenty of cargo space! 3. Shady Non-Service!! I needed new tires to pass inspection. I have a Nissan, Saw Faulkner commercial, location was convenient, drove in. Purchased new tires (Yokohama's) I needed new tires to pass inspection. I have a Nissan, Saw Faulkner commercial, location was convenient, drove in. Purchased new tires (Yokohama's) from this joint on recommendation of the service department. Have driven less than 1500 miles and tires are dangerously slipping on wet roads when gradually accelerating from a stopped position. Went back to inquire what help Faulkner Nissan would provide to change these tires. First the service manager said I would only have to pay the difference for new tires and installation, I thought, great. I asked, what other brand of tire could I choose from, Rep conferred with manager again, came back and said, I would have to pay full price and installation for new tires. I repeated to ensure understanding, he said that's right. I left, came home, wrote a complaint to NissanUSA, Consumer Affairs. After talking with them, learned that Faulkner lied stating that they could not "duplicate the issue". The FACT is they NEVER attempted to "duplicate the issue". Why did they lie about this??? And, why did they change their resolution offer in our first conversation??. . . . . . . Very Shady!! More

Great Experience My family of 4 and I came in looking for a used car with 3 rows in a specific price range. When we arrived we were greated right away by Holly she sh My family of 4 and I came in looking for a used car with 3 rows in a specific price range. When we arrived we were greated right away by Holly she she took great care of us. She showed us a used 2014 pathfinder. She was wounderful and made the car buying experience with two hungry anf tired children great. She helped make sure that carseat fit, one of my concerns, and shows us other important features on the car. As we sat down she brought the kids crayons, water and gold fish to keep them occupied while we worked out the details. The next when we came to pick up car the whole team we so nice to us. We were in a hurry and they made sure we were not late for our appointment, but did not make us feel rushed. As we pulled out we noticed there was a chip in the windshield. We called them Monday and the said they would take care of it. When we came to pick it up, they went above and beyond what was required. They replace the whole windshield. We truly had a wounderful experience and I would reccomending Holly and her team to anyone! Thank you!! More
Bad Service Dept. Management I've taken my car here twice in the last 1 - 1 1/2 years or so. My complaint is with the Service Dept. specifically the manager "Nick" - he is very I've taken my car here twice in the last 1 - 1 1/2 years or so. My complaint is with the Service Dept. specifically the manager "Nick" - he is very condescending and underhandedly abrasive in how he talks to customer's. The transmission in my Altima that only has 62k miles totally clonked out in the middle of the road. Long story short Nissan Consumer Affairs ended up covering the repairs under warranty, but before that, last week I called and spoke to Cole after my car was towed there (Cole was very polite, professional, and helpful) - the next day I called and asked if there was a loaner car available while Nissan was looking to see if they were going to cover the repairs or not. He had a loaner call there for me the same day, I got to the dealership handed my debit card and license and he asked me to take a seat while he processed the paperwork for the loaner car. 5 minutes later, the service manager "Nick" came out and said, did you give us authorization to replace the transmission - the loaner is for you to just to have while your car is here, we need authorization. you can hold the car until monday (mind you this was Friday, I had already told Cole that I was in contact with Nissan Consumer Affairs regarding my warranty and they would be reaching, he said yes that's normal, they usually take a couple of days in regard to warranties, he give no inclination about me having the loaner car during that time.) so anyway, I sat there looking at Nick a bit disgusted in his approach and also annoyed because I made it very clear to Cole what was going on and I'm sure Cole told the manager. I just didn't like how this was handled. I also had a previous experience with this manager and I don't have the space or time to write it out as I already complained to his manager about that incident. so I won't call again, I'll just place public reviews as I normally don't do this initially, but honestly I wish I would've gotten my car towed to Brenner Nissan but unfortunately Faulkner was a lot closer to where my car was being towed from, because again this is the second time with having a bad experience with Faulkner Nissan Service Dept. Just stay clear with the service dept. here. More
