I am writing this review in regards to salesman Zack Hafer. My friend owns a Nissan Pathfinder and called me last night that her car wouldn't start and she and her daughter were stranded in a parking l Hafer. My friend reached out on Facebook for a group of people that have a Nissan that she is a part of. Zack immediately reached out, found out where we were and came out to see if he could help. We have never met him and only know him from FB. He reached out to another friend who had jumper cables and they had the car going within a few minutes. They both were just there to help people who needed a hand and got nothing in return. That is the kind of salesman I want to sell me a car that I KNOW I can trust and will be there if I have a problem. Thank you both so much for helping my friend out so she could get home safely with her daughter. My next car will be from you Zack. Great job! More

Initially reached out to the dealership via their website and was promptly paired with a sales person. We worked out a time to see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was inside and the sales person w and was promptly paired with a sales person. We worked out a time to see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was inside and the sales person was knowledgeable about the EV vehicle I was interested in and was also an EV owner himself. I was offered a test drive and then we easily negotiated the terms of the deal and I took delivery the next day. Very smooth process on the business side of signing papers, etc. More

Service department never returned my messages. I own a 2018 Nissan NV 3500 van, the tail shaft seal blew out & had to have it towed. I also sent the service department a email in case they had trouble with their phones, again no return email. I called Apple Nissan and they fit me in 2 days later & made the repair. Apple is farther away from my business but they were prompt. More
