The entire process was smooth, not pushy, and I left feeling as though I had actually gotten a good deal. I have since returned for all of my oil changes, including my most recent one today. Craig Fleck always greets me by name when I come in, and each time has provided a shuttle vehicle to ferry me to and from my work in Camp Hill. Each time I return to pick up my vehicle the young ladies in the office always have a smile on their faces. Tammy Massa, in particular, has been very friendly and helpful. I truly do recommend this dealership to anyone. They really seem to "get" the idea of customer service. More

Honestly I would recommend this dealer. I did not buy anything but I looked and test drove a couple cars. The biggest problem I had with this dealer is price. Man they are sooo bad when it comes to price. Way overpriced for most of there vehicles.
