I am only rating the Service Department as my car buying experience was horrible (I still purchased my new SUV)! However, I choose to focus on the positive. I am beyond pleased each visit to the service department and I am a long time Faulkner Nissan of Harrisburg customer. It is definitely the Service department that makes the experience perfect each time. Now the atmosphere is great with the coffee,latte,cappuccino machine and work station as I always bring work when I get my car serviced. Comfortable environment and clean! So I choose to continue to come to a place where I trust and can attest to the work...one car nearly 250k and still running beautifully 😍. So keep up the great work Service Department! Went to dealer for a diagnostic because check engine light came on. They told me that my MAF sensor has a short in it & needed to be replaced. I already originally replaced the sensor less than a year a light came on. They told me that my MAF sensor has a short in it & needed to be replaced. I already originally replaced the sensor less than a year ago, so I find that strange but Just came back from buying another MAF sensor at another Nissan dealership in Lancaster. I pray to god, the new MAF sensor is what fixes the problem. Very friendly people at Faulkner Nissan. Service center was very up forward and they worked w me on the pricing for diagnostic. Made me feel very comfortable. Will give an update when replacing sensor. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏽🙏🏽 More
