I dealt directly with Bill Harral and Bryan Dougherty. These guys listen more than they talk. Their primary goal is to satisfy their customers. They don't do it by applying pressure. They do it by practicing active listening. They were selling me a relationship, not a car. I bought both. Not only did they align me with the car I wanted, they made it work for me financially. Actually, they came in less than what I asked for. Who does that? Bottom line ... they made me feel relevant and comfortable. They worked for me, not against me. You can't put a price on that value. We have been dealing with Faulkner Nissan for several years and find their staff to be excellent and willing to work with customers to make a deal possible. Krystyn went above and beyond to find the Mur years and find their staff to be excellent and willing to work with customers to make a deal possible. Krystyn went above and beyond to find the Murano with the specifications we were looking for. Faulkner did not have the vehicle in stock so she went looking and found us exactly what we wanted. Additionaly, the finance manager, Megan worked with us to get the financing package we needed. Faulkner's service department is top of the line and made sure the vehicle was ready when we wanted to pick it up. Our experiences with Craig and Charlie are always extremely satisfying. More
