My first Faulkner service experience was very pleasant. Buddie was extremely polite. He explained every step of the process and guided me to the waiting area. My experience is always exceptionally taken care of and served. Joel is a wonderful service advisor who understands my car needs and ensures that I am informed throughout the process . In addition, the technicians are qualified and do wonderful work in order to ensure that my vehicle remains on the road even after having over 200000 miles on my vehicle! I have only had my car serviced at the dealership and to have had this vehicle for this many miles, it is a testament to the dealership service workers and technicians. I am pleased at the work in which I receive and I look forward to returning due to the amenities and confidence that I receive constantly at Faulkner! Thank you! More
