Regular maintenance matters. The inspection was due and she is leaving to attend college in Massachusetts, she and I assumed the inspection would be covered except the emissions test. Pa. wants that money and emissions testing is labor intensive.., so you pay that part. The maintenance agreement was not cheap and regular maintenance is very important. Why not do the inspection as courtesy? I am very sure I paid enough in the maintenance agreement to cover the cost. More
