The intake person at the service center had zero personality. I had a free tire rotation coming to me but they never rotated my tires. I asked him why they didn’t rotate my tires. That is total xx because tires should be rotated every 5000 thousand to 7500 miles. That is right in the owners manual. The facilities itself is nice and clean looking. I will never go back to Faulkner service Center. As far as the car dealership itself. I will never use them again due to my poor experience with them when I first purchased my car three years ago. This week the service advisor was extremely nice and empathetic when I didn't have an updated insurance card and noticed I was one month late on my inspection. Mr Gray took care of everything without making me feel like a forgetful old lady He made sure I got two updated insurance cards, too! Will definitely go back More

When I took my car to the service area, they couldn’t find the appointment that I had set up for my oil change, This has happened quite a few times I bring my car to the service area. There have been times that I had to leave and create another appointment and not get my service done on the day that I was supposed to , because of all that confusion about having someone else’s name as owner. When they finally did find my car appointment, And not my name Which is Robert Bizik. I don’t even know the person’s Whose name was on it as owner there were only two owners for this car my wife, Eva Egner, and me Robert Bizik I hope in the future that this gets corrected. I Thank The person at the service area I can’t remember his name right now for taking the time to find the appointment and get my car service even though it took three hours for an oil change, because of this confusion with someone else’s name on my car. This has nothing to do with the guys in the service area. They did a xxxx of a great job, but I really need this to be corrected. I will take my car to another service company if this continues, I’ve always bought my car to Faulkner Hyundai because they take such good care of my car. So please get this corrected! More
