Mike (finance) saved the day. We scheduled an appt and shared we were on a tight timeframe the day before. The greeting wasn't pleasant, our sales person was late, I asked the manager for support, he said with a warm smile, sure let me get you someone. Tic toc, tic top, nothing. Then Mike came and gave us a time that he would be with us, took the trade for evaluation and then here comes our sales rep, no apologies for the tardiness. Mike smoothed that out as well. After everything was complete, we go out to get in our detailed vehicle and it's not good. The sales rep apologized, offered a few oil change and tire rotation. With the 15 people all walking around, you would think everything would've been handled quickly and efficiently. Especially since we were the only 1 in the dealership at that time. Again, if it wasn't for the professionalism of Mike, I definitely would've left. More
