Steve had the car ready to go when I arrived and a test route ready to meet my preferred driving experience (highway). Once I decided to purchase, I was paired with Ozzy, the finance manager, who was able to find me a better rate and terms than my bank had offered. I was well taken care of throughout the entire experience. I accepted all of the extra coverage, which of course added to the cost, but I’d rather pay the price I know today than pay an unknown amount later. I felt confident that I was working with professionals who cared about my interests. I’m very happy with my Tucson - it’s ten years newer than my first and reflects the advances to technology and safety. This buying experience was so much more personal than my first. I never felt anything for the Hyundai dealership that sold me my first Tucson, I don’t think I even returned to them for service. I’ll definitely return to this dealership. I felt like they truly cared, like I wasn’t just a number. Steve even helped me pair my phone before I left to ensure I was all set. Overall, I left with a great car, with an excellent warranty, all at a fair price, with oil changes and tire rotations thrown in, and met and worked with really good people. I wish I knew someone in the market for a car to recommend them, but I’m hoping this helps someone whose on the fence. More
