The vehicle sale went smooth other than them not preparing the vehicle as promised. The vehicle was cleaned and finished with a spray detailer, not detailed as promised. The spray detailer washed of preparing the vehicle as promised. The vehicle was cleaned and finished with a spray detailer, not detailed as promised. The spray detailer washed off with the first rain. They didn't paint the front bumper before pickup as promised, so we had to setup a follow-up appointment and they still didn't get the bumper painted that time...third times a charm. The General Manager, Chad, never returned my call during this process. Keep in mind, it was a thirty minute drive to and from the dealer for us each time. Service did fill up the tank after our forth time in. Then there was a gas smell coming from under the hood which the service department was not capable of determining the cause, so I had to take it to Apple Chevy (truck was still under warranty) and pay $200 to diagnose. The #7 plug was lose and had failed the plug and wire. They did replace the plugs and #7 wire (under warranty), but then the vehicle didn't run right. The engine surged, delayed shifts into gear and the idle was too low at the top of each gear . I didn't trust them to work on the vehicle at that point, so I took it to my mechanic to be fixed, another $180. It's a great truck, but Faulkner service is lacking to say the least. They were supposed to fix a suspension problem too. Shortly after Faulkner replaced the rear air shocks, the rear tires started rubbing the inner fenders when loaded up with camping gear. They were "ordering parts", but I've had no call back and it's been more than a month. Brandon is not consistent at following up. You live and you learn. More
Car damaged by dealership Took my 50K mile 2005 Corvette in for inspection.. Next thing.. it needs a steering column position sensor, then it needs a driver door leveling kit. Took my 50K mile 2005 Corvette in for inspection.. Next thing.. it needs a steering column position sensor, then it needs a driver door leveling kit.. Well, I got it back inspected. BUT, the telescoping steering column doesn't work and THE DRIVER DOOR IS BROKE AT THE LOWER HINGE... I'm thinking of claiming it on insurance... Don't know how that's going to work.. But, they lost me.. More

We had a good experience. We like the dealership and Eddie did a wonderful job through the whole process. We would consider returning for a 4 th vehicle when the time comes. After I asked about the tires they claimed they were all safe. They stated their mechanics go over every vehicle prior to sale to make sure they are safe. When I brought my vehicle to another dealership for Transmission preventative service they showed my the tire with major sidewall damage from being driven a while on a flat tire. I had to purchase 2 new tires because the tire was not safe at all. Ridiculous!!! The mechanics should have replaced the defective tire period!! Also took almost 3 months to get the required I owe you floor mats. Find someplace else to purchase a vehicle. More

BAIT AND SWITCH This dealership will advertise a car with specific features (like a six-month subscription to Sirius XM), will highlight that feature multiple times f This dealership will advertise a car with specific features (like a six-month subscription to Sirius XM), will highlight that feature multiple times from their own print out of the vehicle listing during the sales pitch, and then will only provide you with half of the service. And when you reach out to them to correct the issue, they will say that they only provide the three-month subscriptions and have "no idea where 6 came from" despite their own website continuing to advertise that specific subscription for the cars on their lot. And even though Faulkner Chevrolet is the one that advertises the subscription, they will not do anything to correct the issue - other than to say the onus is on you, the owner, to call Sirius to see if they will give you an additional subscription. So since Faulkner Chevrolet's idea of "excellent customer service" is to sell you a vehicle with a promised service, and then not provide that service that you paid for, my recommendation is that you look elsewhere for your vehicle needs. Avoid this dealer Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life was at this dealership. It was several years ago, but the lemon they sold me died at 70,000 mil Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life was at this dealership. It was several years ago, but the lemon they sold me died at 70,000 miles. They have very high pressure sales approach that had the older lady next to me crying. The car I bought from them with 35,000 miles on it needed a new transmission almost immediately, but they made me buy a $1,200 extended warranty plan to fix it. That one died after 35,000 miles too. My one good comment is that they did fix the dent in the hood the repair shop caused but did not mention until I asked about it the second I picked it up. I realized buying a car there was a huge mistake the second I visited my parents and had to listen to a lecture from my father about how horrible his experience was there. More
