I had a scheduled appointment and arrived about 5 minutes late. The appt was to have the tech check for an oil leak. He had put dye in the oil a few hundred miles before. When I arrived there was 1 other person in the waiting area, I arrived about 11:20, he left at 12:30 but my vehicle was not done until almost 1:30. All the tech had to do was put my vehicle on the life , look around to see if he could find the source and then be done. Two hours just to do that? Way to long. The tech did take me out to show me that there was no visible signs of the leak. More

Luis is very courteous and helpful. My issue is that I was told that in order to pass inspection I needed some lights replaced. I left the truck there all day to get it fixed. I paid for it and then on the way home we find that the lights I paid for, don't even work. I just don't understand how the truck would've been there all day and no one checked to make sure that the lights were actually fixed. Now I have to spend time to come back into the dealership for another appointment, and a huge waste of time to get this simple thing fixed. It is really time consuming for some thing that is so minor and could've been avoided Had someone checked to make sure it was done correctly. More

Overall a bad experience. Your scheduler put my appointment at the wrong location, you couldn't offer me a courtesy shuttle, the part wasn't installed correctly, I had to move Your scheduler put my appointment at the wrong location, you couldn't offer me a courtesy shuttle, the part wasn't installed correctly, I had to move a work appointment because I was told my truck was ready and I got dropped off only to realize upon my inspection that the part wasn't installed correctly and I had to wait an extra 40 minutes with no apology or adjustment to my cost. I made an appointment for 7:45am for a simple oil change. I was there and checked in by 7:40. At 9:00 I had to go out and ask the service advisor where I stood in getting the car back.
