Bill gave us all info on car. Said it should be done by 3-11. Called yesterday and car finished. Great service. Only problem we had was wrong Chevy bow tie put on. I had a 'waiting' appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 7:30. I arrived on time and it took 2.5 hours for my service to be completed. Very helpful and prompt. Was not happy that a know issue with a modification recommendation (not a repair or replacement) cost me $400+.
