Brought truck in for inspection. Was told I needed a gas cap to pass the emissions test. I told Rusty that your Faulkner Service Center just replaced the gas cap six months ago. Came back to me and said "the wrong adapter was being used by an inexperienced service technician". Correct "emissions adaptor" was now used and passed test with no problems. Later, he then told me I need $1,500.00 worth of control arm work to pass inspection. I declined work and took the truck to a nearby inspection center. Mechanics said nothing was wrong and truck passed inspection for $95.00 I had a bad experience with your service dept. my last visit as well, but decided to give you folks another try this time. I have no faith in your service dept. and will not be returning. If you wish to contact me, feel free. I would love to explain my previous visit as well as this one and how poorly service was provided. More

My repair started on October 10 and thru all the steps of finding the problem,ordering a part, doing the repair, l was kept informed of the progress.
