I did not have a favorable experience. I paid almost $1,000 for front brakes. Absolutely ridiculous! The brake pads better be made up of GOLD! Give me a break ! No pun intended! I don’t know if he was having an off day when I was in as he is usually very friendly. This day he came out to let me know about my battery and as I was asking him questions he seemed annoyed I was asking q he is usually very friendly. Hard to say if the issue is the dealer's processes or the manufacturer's rules. In either case, the way billing is structured appears to be nickel and diming me. 180 for a diagnostic plus 1000 for the repa manufacturer's rules. In either case, the way billing is structured appears to be nickel and diming me. 180 for a diagnostic plus 1000 for the repair plus 400 for some other "use this with other service" add on. It's frustrating and inhibits trust. Maybe it makes sense to accounting but it's about as clear as medical billing. More
