Always had excellent service from this dealership. Bought my last 2 Buicks from them. Needed inspection and emissions done. My only issue was black marks from someone's feet getting in and out of the Bought my last 2 Buicks from them. Needed inspection and emissions done. I needed service on my car and called the dealership and Vincent Cavalcante Answer the phone and he was so patient and professional and detailed oriented. I was so impressed with him. In the past, I have met service people who were frustrated or angry, and just not happy with their jobs all except Leslie Hurst in service - she seems to be the conflict resolver and makes the customer happy and understand what is happening or why the car is taking longer than normal when I wait . When I brought my car in to drop off for the work to be done, Vincent was there to check me in and take my key. He was very informational and patient with me explaining exactly what was gonna happen the next day. I like friendly and happy individuals and Vincent is one of them. The next day he called me In the morning to explain that the issue is not covered under warranty and what the cost would be. He needed my approval before going ahead and doing the work since it was going to cost me. He called about two hours later to say the work has been completed in the car is ready for pick up whenever I can get there. Upon pick up, Vincent was available for me and he showed me the paperwork and the cost and walked me to the cashier i’ve never had a service person be that happy calm, patient, friendly knowledgeable, detail, oriented, and just plain out a good guy if Vincent hadn’t been that way, I was going to take my GMC elsewhere for service work I hope Faulkner treats him right because he is an asset to the company and service department More

Leslie Hurst is absolutely fantastic! I have had several of our diesel company trucks with issues over the year. Brought truck in for inspection. Was told I needed a gas cap to pass the emissions test. I told Rusty that your Faulkner Service Center just replaced the gas cap six months ago. Rust Was told I needed a gas cap to pass the emissions test. I told Rusty that your Faulkner Service Center just replaced the gas cap six months ago. Rusty talked with service manager. Came back to me and said "the wrong adapter was being used by an inexperienced service technician". Correct "emissions adaptor" was now used and passed test with no problems. Later, he then told me I need $1,500.00 worth of control arm work to pass inspection. I declined work and took the truck to a nearby inspection center. Mechanics said nothing was wrong and truck passed inspection for $95.00 I had a bad experience with your service dept. my last visit as well, but decided to give you folks another try this time. I have no faith in your service dept. and will not be returning. If you wish to contact me, feel free. I would love to explain my previous visit as well as this one and how poorly service was provided. More
