Jim Keyser is just wonderful. Came in for a recall on my air bags. Jim was caring and just great as usual. Watching some team members and it makes you feel great as they care. Not happy I bought my truck four months ago and have had two issues already. I brought it in right at the three month mark with a check engine light on. The ser I bought my truck four months ago and have had two issues already. I brought it in right at the three month mark with a check engine light on. The service said they didn’t wanna cover the repair but eventually they did. I brought the truck in yesterday for oil change and asked the service guy if he could look at my steering problem. He said for 95$ he would. I said I bought the truck here four months ago and he said no warranty so I have to pay. I said that’s foolish so I said just do oil change. I went home and read up on the issue and apparently Ford has the steering issues. I bought some penetrating oil and sprayed the steering knuckle and it helped. The service people could of at least made a recommendation to me what it might be. They also never re-applied a new sticker to remind me of next oil change. Disappointed to say the least. More

Good/thorough service I had a regular oil change and knew I had to have some brake work done...I appreciated that the brake system options were explained clearly and all c I had a regular oil change and knew I had to have some brake work done...I appreciated that the brake system options were explained clearly and all cost/ options were explored. The only negative was that the option/decision for the rear brake parts was affected by the lack of parts on hand. That being said, I felt good about the decision that the service manager and myself made for the repair.... More
