Failed inspection leads to gouging attempt Failed state inspection for brakes. I expected this, saw a promotion on the dealer website for $99 per axle, figured this was easiest. Service writer tried to hit me for $1200 for brakes. Lost my lug key a few months back (when I had new tires installed at a different location). I had my truck in for service since then and now and had tires rotated with no issue. This time it was $125 for key removed because they need to destroy them. So I wonder if my tires were rotated or what. After I asked for the promo rate on brakes the kind tone changed to kind of condescending and rude. I still not use this location again. I have not been happy with their service for a while, this was the last straw. More

Poor customer service I would give a zero if I could. The service dept provided an initial estimate of 2 hours, which was agreeable. However it took 4. Worse than that, the service dept provided me with NO status updates, while customer after customer came and went. After 4 hrs I went and asked for a status - I was told 15 mins - 40 mins later I was finally able to leave with my car. A disgrace. More

A dash service light came on the day before a scheduled long Arrived at service before opening time on Saturday. Service representative, Leslie, took car in immediately to have a tech check the problem. Needed Arrived at service before opening time on Saturday.
