state insp ~ routine maintenance Everything was ~ I guess. We took car in at about 0800 and it wasn't ready until after 1500. I was told that our car was put on low priority (my term) Everything was ~ I guess. We took car in at about 0800 and it wasn't ready until after 1500. I was told that our car was put on low priority (my term) because those who were waiting received higher priority. I don't think that is fair. Just because we don't sit and wait doesn't mean we don't want service and car returned ASAP ~ agree? More

45,000 Mile Service I dealt with Jack who is very competent, courteous and accommodating. I stopped in the day before and was told to drop off car the next morning. I explained my problem but the dash light, service engine light had gone off in the morning, after being on for 2 days. Since I was due for 45,000 mile service I agreed to their doing it. I dropped car off on my way to work and by 11:00 I received a call that it was done. The driver picked me up to get it. Very timely More

Service Oil change, tire rotation & screw in (1) tire... Service was excellent... They fit me in on shirt notice, but it did take a lil over 2 hrs... Truck Tailgate Damage I bought a Chevy 3500 HD High Country from this dealership. A mishap with a 5th wheel hitch caused some damage to my tailgate. This happened within ab I bought a Chevy 3500 HD High Country from this dealership. A mishap with a 5th wheel hitch caused some damage to my tailgate. This happened within about two weeks of purchasing the vehicle. Faulkner's body shop quickly scheduled me to bring the vehicle in. Within a week it was repaired as perfectly as it was when it was new. In addition to the great service they covered the deductible on my insurance themselves. The repair did not cost me a dime. I cannot give them enough praise. You can bet I will use them for all of my future service for all of my vehicles. More
