Service is excellent, shuttle driver is not so good The service is always excellent but your shuttle driver said he didn’t use addresses to get people to their destination nor does he use the gps in the The service is always excellent but your shuttle driver said he didn’t use addresses to get people to their destination nor does he use the gps in the car. He took me out to West Chester pike which is the opposite direction of where I needed to go. Telegraph road is not near Reservoir Road in West Chester! What should have taken 10 minutes took nearly a half hour and I was almost late to work. Please get a shuttle driver who will listen to the customer’s street address or use the gps. More

We have been treated beyond fairly by the sales team, the finance department, parts department, bodywork department and Jim Keyser representing their Service Department. In our most recent visit, we found Jim to be particularly helpful it is explanation of the cars needs the costs involved in future suggestions for repairs on the horizon. I’m generally not that happy with someone delivers news that my car needs several hundred dollars worth of work. Somehow when Jim Tells me what my car needs, the value and necessity of his recommended repairs is undeniable. We already know that our next visit will include new brake pads. I’ve never met Mr Faulkner, but must say his team treats us like he is my long time friend. What a gift! More

Quality service, time was longer than expected I only have my Faulkner vehicle serviced here. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional. I had an appointment for the state inspe I only have my Faulkner vehicle serviced here. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional. I had an appointment for the state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, and I would wait for my service. My vehicle has 23,000 miles and didn't need anything additionally. The service time was close to 3 hours. I had anticipated 1.5-2 hours. I didn't ask at the time of scheduling what would be the estimated time. I don't know if this is the required time, just didn't think it would take that time. I will ask next time and leave the vehicle if I need to. Thanks. More
