Horrible service. Mismanaged. I dropped my truck off in the morning to have the battery tested, a recall problem fixed, and some warning messages addressed. I got a call from my se I dropped my truck off in the morning to have the battery tested, a recall problem fixed, and some warning messages addressed. I got a call from my service guy at the end of the day to tell me they didn’t get a chance to do anything to my truck because they were “swamped”. So I left my car there a second day. Several calls went unanswered or would go to other service reps who all assured me my service guy would call me back right away. This went on all day with no call back so late in the afternoon I got a ride there to take my truck back whether it was finished or not. When I got there it was sitting in the parking lot. I went in and asked for my keys and was told it was fixed. However, nothing was fixed. All the same warning messages were still there. My time was wasted, which I resent. I spent two days without my truck. Never an apology or care from anybody there. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! NEVER GOING BACK! More

Excellent! Jim was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. No wonder hes been there for 20yrs! Also, the staff in whole was great. The after hours pick up was very convenient. Le Jim was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Chevy After a disappointing experience with my new vehicle and the towing service involved, it was refreshing to meet the service department at Faulkner GMC After a disappointing experience with my new vehicle and the towing service involved, it was refreshing to meet the service department at Faulkner GMC. They had a courtesy vehicle awaiting me and made the transition as smooth as possible . During the week that followed they kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and explained to me why and what they were doing to the vehicle. Today I have my vehicle back and it is working properly. I am very pleased with the service I received at Faulkner, I can only hope I receive the same service from my vehicle. More
