45,000 Mile Service I dealt with Jack who is very competent, courteous and accommodating. I stopped in the day before and was told to drop off car the next morning. This happened within about two weeks of purchasing the vehicle. Faulkner's body shop quickly scheduled me to bring the vehicle in. Within a week it was repaired as perfectly as it was when it was new. In addition to the great service they covered the deductible on my insurance themselves. The repair did not cost me a dime. I cannot give them enough praise. You can bet I will use them for all of my future service for all of my vehicles. More
