twice as long I called on the phone to make my appointment and asked how long it would take to fix a headlight that was out. They said 45 minutes. When I arrived I asked again and again I was told 45 minutes. One hour and a half later my car was ready. Twice as long as I was promised. No apology - just frustrating. More
