This was my 1st visit to Faulkner service dept. for my 2017 GMC Sierra. Russ the service advisor was professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of every step of my service. The service technician was very helpful keeping me updated exactly what was being done. I have found my new happy place to get my truck serviced.
