Took my SUV in for an oil change and filter replacement. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I waited for my car instead of dropping it off. This has been the worst experience that we ever endured buying a car. First inform as we signed the papers then we got a call so we couldn’t get Truck because the dealership in New Jersey where it was comi buying a car. First inform as we signed the papers then we got a call so we couldn’t get Truck because the dealership in New Jersey where it was coming from added extra equipment on there that Truck should’ve been ours we signed the papers the dealership then gave us the lower end of a 2025 which we accepted but in all fairness we got screwed. What we should’ve done is tell them they had the deal for the 25 after the.Running boards were adding on.. Then also to find out a date wasn’t even added to the pink slip. We are hoping that isn’t going to be an issue.. Then Last week I texted the sales guy an asked him about the points so we can get running boards on an he replied I’m sure you can call someone.. how nice to help someone.. we should of went to Kerback! But as for the service department they were awesome! More
