Have had great customer care and been loyal customer for 4.5 years with this dealership with some pros and cons with latest service: Pros: Ease of scheduling appt Prompt diagnosis/service/repairs Fri 4.5 years with this dealership with some pros and cons with latest service: Pros: Ease of scheduling appt Prompt diagnosis/service/repairs Friendly staff Cons: No loaner/shuttle service offered/available. Was told we weren’t eligible for loaner because our car was no longer under warranty. Disappointing to hear since Buick is rated as a highly reputable car dealership and feel all customers should be treated equally, regardless of warranty status, thus creating an inconvenient situation since we live almost an hour from dealership. Our previous car was a Subaru and dealer never disappointed offering loaners. Car was not washed after service which I believe is stated in your mission statement which is standard with all services More

Fualkner is not priced competitively in terms of service and parts. Simple items like tires are $100.00 over the market in the area. They didn't solve the issue the first time and it was a warranty item that needed to be replaced. The owner had to call over there and speak with a supervisor to get it straightened out and the technician warranty item that needed to be replaced.
