This was my 1st visit to Faulkner service dept. for my 2017 GMC Sierra. Russ the service advisor was professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of every step of my service. I really apprec for my 2017 GMC Sierra. Russ the service advisor was professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of every step of my service. I really appreciated text updates with video of my repairs. I also requested the cost of future repairs that are required to keep my truck in top running condition. The service technician was very helpful keeping me updated exactly what was being done. I have found my new happy place to get my truck serviced. I was very satisfied with every step of my truck repair. The next time I require service l will definitely ask for Russ and the mechanic that worked on my truck. They both knock it out of the park!
