Friendly service desk and availability of a last minute appointment were positives along with having the battery for my Buick in stock. The time it took to actually change the battery was excessive..... an appointment were positives along with having the battery for my Buick in stock. I'm grateful they were able to solve my issue but if I need additional work to my car I may look for an alternative that doesn't cost me two round trips or a whole day. More
