Excellent Service I had a problem with my 2008 Yukon Denali with a communication error. I had taken it to two other places (one was a dealer) had other work done on it I had a problem with my 2008 Yukon Denali with a communication error. I had taken it to two other places (one was a dealer) had other work done on it but did not fix the problem. Took it to Faulkner and they found the problem and fixed it. Excellent service and communication with their customers. Anytime I have a problem going forward with my Yukon, I will be taking it to Faulkner. I want to thank Jim and his associate for their Excellent work on my Yukon. Thanks so much for your great service. More

Great service but slow. Came in for a inspection and oil change - Made an early appointment so I wouldn't be to late for work. Arrived early and then I sat in the waiting area for a very long time. after 2hrs of waiting someone finally came out and went over things with my car then I was told it would be another 40 mins. until it was done. Otherwise the service department was great and professional. More

They accurately diagnosed the issue quickly and it was a problem with my phone not the system. That was corrected and the phone now works well.
