I asked why I was never called, confirmed my number was correct, parts offered no apology or explanation other than I don't know. Giving benefit of a fluke experience Purchased later used car that prob normally would have been sent to auction. Attitude of sales let us know it was below their standard which made my Purchased later used car that prob normally would have been sent to auction. Attitude of sales let us know it was below their standard which made my daughter (first time car owner) ask if we were below their standard. Vehicle gas tank was on E when we took a test drive. Low tire pressure pointed out and we were assured it was all was fine, and they’d double check. When we got the car home it only had about 10psi in the tires. Ops manager was very responsive and the finance person Karl was great at talking with my daughter through the process. More
