Poor customer service I would give a zero if I could. The service dept provided an initial estimate of 2 hours, which was agreeable. However it took 4. After 4 hrs I went and asked for a status - I was told 15 mins - 40 mins later I was finally able to leave with my car. A disgrace. More

A dash service light came on the day before a scheduled long Arrived at service before opening time on Saturday. Service representative, Leslie, took car in immediately to have a tech check the problem. Needed Arrived at service before opening time on Saturday. Problem Solved I bought a used truck from this dealership and several days later the check engine light came on. I placed a call to Hugh Gillespie (sales manager) who directed me to service. I was able to get a service appointment right away! Jim Keyser (service advisor) was friendly and ready to help. My problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected. I appreciate the service that I received from Tony Mazzola (sales), Hugh Gillespie (sales manager) and Jim Keyser (service) and would recommend this dealership.
