We ended up buying a replacement that was only 2 years old with low mileage and a very reasonable price. Although we are not locals, the extra drive was well worth our time and effort. I had to ask what was done and if there were any issues. During the call I felt that the technician was in a hurry to get off the phone. When I picked up my car, the only person to greet me is the cashier who tried to answer my questions about what the charges were but admitted she really didn’t know much about cars. More

Failed inspection leads to gouging attempt Failed state inspection for brakes. I expected this, saw a promotion on the dealer website for $99 per axle, figured this was easiest. Service writer Failed state inspection for brakes. I expected this, saw a promotion on the dealer website for $99 per axle, figured this was easiest. Service writer tried to hit me for $1200 for brakes. Lost my lug key a few months back (when I had new tires installed at a different location). I had my truck in for service since then and now and had tires rotated with no issue. This time it was $125 for key removed because they need to destroy them. So I wonder if my tires were rotated or what. After I asked for the promo rate on brakes the kind tone changed to kind of condescending and rude. I still not use this location again. I have not been happy with their service for a while, this was the last straw. More
