Fast and thorough. I called on Wednesday 8-15-18 to get an oil change done on my Verano. They scheduled right away for the next day at 7:30AM. Good Service, Fair and Reasonable Prices Our sales representative was attentive to our needs and did not try to steer us to cars he wanted to get rid of. He showed us a few different models Our sales representative was attentive to our needs and did not try to steer us to cars he wanted to get rid of. He showed us a few different models and we were able to quickly determine what options we wanted and what we didn't. Once we settled on the car, I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing. Both our sales representative, Bryant Pullins and the Finance guy, Karl Graves, did all they could to help and probably a bit more. I would definitely recommend Faulkner. More
