Service is excellent, shuttle driver is not so good The service is always excellent but your shuttle driver said he didn’t use addresses to get people to their destination nor does he use the gps in the The service is always excellent but your shuttle driver said he didn’t use addresses to get people to their destination nor does he use the gps in the car. He took me out to West Chester pike which is the opposite direction of where I needed to go. Telegraph road is not near Reservoir Road in West Chester! What should have taken 10 minutes took nearly a half hour and I was almost late to work. Please get a shuttle driver who will listen to the customer’s street address or use the gps. More

Helped me in a pinch! Before heading out of town for the weekend, our Terrain wouldn't start. We jump started it twice and decided it wouldn't be safe to drive 3 hours awa Before heading out of town for the weekend, our Terrain wouldn't start. We jump started it twice and decided it wouldn't be safe to drive 3 hours away so called the Faulkner Service Department who squeezed us in on a busy Saturday.
