Good Service I like to be recognized when I walk in. I also like too be able to wait for my car to be serviced, and Leslie always gives me good estimates of how l I like to be recognized when I walk in. The waiting area is great and my car is almost always done in the expected amount of time. The service team is great at keeping me updated as necessary on the work being done on my car and if there are any questions that need to be answered. Especially after leaving a dealership right before we came to faulkner because of feeling like we were being pressured. We also didnt feel rushed by Bud, we had his attention the whole time we where there. We were really impressed when his phone rang and he said I'm not going to answer that because I'm helping you. That made us feel like he really cares about his customers. Antenna I had an antenna that was under warranty when I was last in. When I came in to get it done, I was told that there was no record of it in the system an I had an antenna that was under warranty when I was last in. When I came in to get it done, I was told that there was no record of it in the system and that is was also not under warranty anymore. The antenna was clearly labeled on my appointment reminder as the reason that I came in. I’m sure it was an honest mistake but it ended up costing me money as I had no choice but to get it fixed. I’d feel more comfortable going elsewhere in the future. More
