This purchase was my first new car and they made it really smooth. I worked closely with Josh Tackett and Matthew Luck. These 2 gentlemen define how car buying should be. I landed in a brand new 2015 Tundra...the exact one with the exact features that I wanted. I was not pressured into things I didn't need. They ordered my truck (it was a rare color combo) and had it detailed and waiting on me for pickup with just a few days. All in all, I give the dealership and the staff a solid 10 of 10 stars!! How often do you get to meet the owner? How often can you sit in a on-site movie theater and eat popcorn while you are waiting oil changes, etc?? Their facility is state of the art and beautiful!! Do yourself a favor and pick Family Toyota of Burleson FIRST before you look elsewhere. I had a really bad experience at a competing Fort Worth Toyota dealership. Doesn't bother me because Family Toyota was willing to bend over backwards to make me part of their family. Glad I chose Family Toyota!!! More

They are super friendly and got me out of a 2012 with high mileage with a 18.9% interest to a new 2015 with a 13% interest for $14 more, and unlike any other dealer they worked with me on my down payment with really bad credit. They put in alot of work to get me in my new vehicle and made me feel liked i knew them forever. Highlander purchase After researching many vehicles for my daughters first car purchase, we had narrowed down our choices with the Toyota Highlander at the top of our lis After researching many vehicles for my daughters first car purchase, we had narrowed down our choices with the Toyota Highlander at the top of our list. We stopped at this new dealership since it is the closest to our home. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they were able to answer any questions that we had without hovering over us. We came back a few weeks later to begin the purchasing process using TrueCar. Our salesperson, Josh Tackett, was very helpful and was able to locate a car that closely matched what was desired. The first offer for our trade-in was very close to number I had in mind and we had no problem coming to fair price for both parties. The finance person, Omar Eljazouli, was very accommodating in explaining all of our options and giving us privacy and time to discuss all the options and what worked best for my daughter. Overall, we were very happy with our whole buying experience and I would highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota to consider Family Toyota. More

Excellent Dealership! I went to this dealership for a part and one of the Sales Team (Daryl S.) told me he wanted to sell me a truck. Long story short he got me out of my o I went to this dealership for a part and one of the Sales Team (Daryl S.) told me he wanted to sell me a truck. Long story short he got me out of my old 2013 Tundra CM and into a new 2015 Tundra CM for $11.50 more a month. For that I couldn't pass it up. They even offered to customize my new one which was a nice bonus. My old Internet sales rep actually moved over to this dealership as well, which tells you a lot.
