No games, Best dealership we visited that day I shopped around for a new car that day, and I did not even plan to visit the Toyota dealership but decided to stop and look since we were driving by. Terrence was excited that I was getting a new car, and his personality made the experience more fun. The dealership got straight to the point, and offered me the best deal they could without any nonsense. The other dealerships I visited seemed like they were playing games, and trying to get me to move my price upward, but Family Toyota seemed like they really wanted to get me the best deal they could. Justin was awesome too, and I felt that I could trust him as he told me about the financing options. Ultimately the personality and overall helpfulness of the employees are what made me come back to this dealership to lease a car. The other dealerships made the process tedious, boring, and I just did not feel like I could trust them. These guys are awesome! More

Suer Helpfull I am in the USAF. I shipped my car from overseas and went and picked it up in Dallas. Due to the VPC doing a stellar job during transport, upon arriva I am in the USAF. I shipped my car from overseas and went and picked it up in Dallas. Due to the VPC doing a stellar job during transport, upon arrival my car was out of commission. I had the car towed to Family Toyota and in less than 12 hours they discovered the problem, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road. Great people and Great customer service. Thank you all again!
