I like the new Service area, looking forward to seeing the Show room area once it is done. The service desk is a bit small, it is hard to carry conversation with service Tech, too noisy. Though it was recall work, Casey definitely filled us in on what was going on our van per 2 recalls and also had given an estimated timeframe for the work to be done. I visited Family Kia, he took the car back immediately and gave me an answer within two hours. Rush, ordered the part, gave me daily updates as to when to expect it in and have the work completed within my time limits. All around great experience. Much better than any of the Kia dealerships, I’ve dealt with in the Pittsburgh area. More
