I purchased a very expensive warranty when buying my used Kia. I am currently having problems with my transmission and don’t feel supported by this dealership. I have been told that it’s between myself and t Kia. I am currently having problems with my transmission and don’t feel supported by this dealership. I have been told that it’s between myself and the warranty company even though their mechanic confirmed the transmission issue. They have requested an adjuster come and address the (intermittent) issue but every time someone does, they find no issue. I feel that the Kia Dealership lacks in supporting me as their customer and will not go above and beyond anything outside their “normal protocol” to help me resolve this issue. In the meantime my mileage continues to go up and my warranty will expire leaving me stuck with a transmission expense I can not afford! I would not recommend this dealership! More
