Not only was the purchase itself a great experience (with Joshua Casey) b I purchased my 2018 Tucson in June and have been in love with it ever since! Not only was the purchase itself a great experience (with Joshua Casey) but everything since June has been wonderful!! Josh reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly with the car and to ask if I had any questions. Yesterday I went into Family Hyundai to get my first oil change which was free! I knew every third oil change was free but the initial change being free was a pleasant surprise! They even gave the car a nice wash and topped off all the fluids in a timely manner. Colin was very friendly and pleasant to work with! Every encounter I’ve had with Family Hyundai so far has been wonderful and I am so happy with my first car purchase and decision to go to FH!! More
