Called with a dead battery on a new F150 with under 4,000 miles Ken was very knowledgeable. Very easy time dealing with the service department. Lots of information keeping me in touch with the vehicles repair. When it was finished, they were prompt and courteous. Truck runs beautiful. Not very satisfied with the service. When we dropped our car off, somehow the key stopped working between the time we dropped it off and the time they tried to get into the car. When we arrived, we were told it’d be $160 to reprogram it. I refused to pay that as the key was in the dealerships custody, and “magically” became deprogrammed. We owned the truck for 7 years and the same two fobs and never had an issue. We took our car in for one repair and when we got our car back there was the AC no longer worked and the windshield fluid dispenser no longer worked. Drove the car back and dropped the keys off and the next more the technician must have brought it into the cold shop and told us no the AC works, we picked it back up and in fact for an hour drive it did not get cold once. These issues did NOT exist when we dropped it off and we were met with it would cost x to fix these issues. Absolutely scam. I’ve raced cars professionally, my father is a mechanical and I’ve come across shady dealerships before that tried to strip my car of nuts and bullets and bracelets and tell me I need new strut towers and a new intake, when in fact they were sitting in the back of the shop with the mechanic. I tried to call our service agent and was never called back. I tried to call the service manager and never called back. The next step is getting the truck on my dads car lift and inspecting what the mechanics did. More
My rep, think his name Is Jake, was welcoming and very knowledgeable! He explained what needed replacement, the cost, and average time. When I was leaving he even suggested a spray to keep mice (that had built a nest in the motor) away…peppermint. Very positive experience. When I got home, we discovered we couldn’t open the hood so back I went the next day. Once more Jake immediately sprang into action! He too had trouble with it so he took it to a tech who said it was stuck and sprayed it. I still couldn’t open it - one of a couple dumb design ideas in the car - but I’m hoping my husband will - I still need to spray peppermint under the hood to deter the mice;) A positive experience!! More
